We produce glulam components for the window, door, staircase, furniture and moulding industries.
Vincom OÜ is an Estonian wood processing company established in 2013, with two production units in Viljandi and Võru counties. Since 2026, both factories have operated under the single Vincom name.
Modern production
Our glulam components are produced in Viljandi and Võru counties, surrounded by pure Estonian forests. Our factories consist of several production buildings and a smart, modern machinery park.
Integration with the sawmill
Our factories are integrated with the Combiwood Group sawmills, which give us a significant advantage in production.
Values
At Vincom, we value diversity and equality, placing them at the core of our management practices. Our personnel policy supports the full utilization of employee potential and ensures a discrimination-free work environment.

90% of our production is exported worldwide.
Our raw material comes from the same forests where we live and work ourselves. That is why caring for the surrounding environment and taking it into account throughout the production process is extremely important to us. We are constantly looking for new solutions to ensure the most efficient use of materials.
